Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we receive your written confirmation and deposit payment. We will issue a confirmation document outlining your tour details, dates and agreed price.

Payments

A deposit is required at time of booking — the exact amount varies by tour and will be specified in your quote. Full payment is typically due 30 days before departure. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted to us in writing. The following charges apply from the date we receive written notice:

More than 30 days before departure: deposit forfeited
15–30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover.

Changes to Your Booking

Amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. We will do our best to accommodate changes wherever reasonably possible.

Our Obligations

Livingwell Tours and Safaris will provide the services described in your confirmed itinerary. In exceptional circumstances — including adverse weather, road conditions, or park access restrictions — we reserve the right to modify itineraries while maintaining equivalent value where possible.

Traveller Responsibilities

All travellers are responsible for: holding a valid passport and any required visas, obtaining appropriate travel insurance, disclosing relevant health conditions that may affect participation, and following the instructions of guides and drivers during tours.

Liability

Livingwell Tours and Safaris is not liable for losses, injury, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government actions, or third-party service failures.
