Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Pick up from Arusha hotel or airport after breakfast. Drive ~2-3 hours to Tarangire National Park. Full day game drives among giant baobab trees, huge elephant herds, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and abundant birdlife. Picnic lunch in the park. Dinner and overnight at a comfortable lodge or tented camp near Tarangire.

Day 2: Full Day Tarangire – Return to Arusha

Early morning game drive in Tarangire for excellent sunrise wildlife viewing and additional sightings (great chances for leopards, big cats, and elephants at waterholes). Mid-morning/afternoon return to Arusha (~2-3 hours) with hotel or airport drop-off. End of a fantastic 2-day Arusha Tarangire Safari!
